HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
Cleanfinity Limited is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of its employees, clients, contractors, and any members of the public affected by our operations.
The company will operate in full compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations, and all other applicable health and safety laws and codes of practice.
Cleanfinity will assess all significant risks and adopt suitable and sufficient control measures to enable employees and contractors to perform their duties safely and without risk to health.
We will provide and maintain safe systems of work, including the use of appropriate PPE, regularly maintained equipment, and clear site protocols to ensure operational safety in all client environments.
We are committed to continuous improvement in our health and safety performance through routine reviews, staff feedback, and incident analysis.
All employees and contractors are responsible for their own safety and that of others. Everyone is expected to adhere to training, report hazards immediately, and work safely at all times.
Cleanfinity provides necessary training, including COSHH, manual handling, and site-specific inductions. Additional training will be delivered when new tasks, environments, or risks are introduced.
We will seek professional external health and safety advice as needed to ensure our policy and procedures remain compliant and up to date.
Ultimate responsibility for health and safety rests with the Managing Director. This duty carries the same priority as operational and commercial responsibilities.
This Health and Safety Policy will be reviewed annually and updated in line with legal requirements, industry best practice, or significant operational changes.
