TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning and facilities services provided by Cleanfinity Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope of Services
Services are provided in accordance with the agreed quotation, specification, or contract. Any variation to scope, frequency, or service requirements must be agreed in writing prior to implementation.

Cleanfinity Limited does not guarantee specific outcomes or results beyond the agreed scope of services. Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition, materials, age, and prior treatment of surfaces and environments.
Client Responsibilities & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe, reasonable, and timely access to the premises at the agreed service times. Cleanfinity Limited reserves the right to refuse or suspend services where access is restricted or site conditions are unsafe.
Clients must disclose any known hazards, sensitive materials, restricted areas, or substances prior to service commencement. Cleanfinity Limited shall not be liable for damage, delay, or service limitation arising from undisclosed risks or site conditions.
Health & Safety
Clients must ensure that the premises comply with applicable health and safety legislation. Cleanfinity Limited shall not be liable for delays, omissions, or service limitations caused by unsafe working conditions beyond its reasonable control.
Payments
Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice or contract. Cleanfinity Limited reserves the right to suspend services where payments are overdue until the account is brought up to date.
Damage & Liability
Cleanfinity Limited maintains appropriate public and employer’s liability insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanfinity Limited’s liability shall be limited to direct losses arising from proven negligence and shall exclude indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or economic loss, unless required by statute.
Cancellations
Cancellations or service changes must be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge in accordance with agreed terms or reasonable costs incurred.
Suspension or Termination
Cleanfinity Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where payment terms are breached, access is restricted, contractual obligations are not met, or site conditions present a risk to health, safety, or compliance.
Force Majeure
Cleanfinity Limited shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, access restrictions, emergencies, or acts of government.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
